Here at Wollaston we also run our own health and wellbeing retreats. These are designed to be invigorating and relaxing. A combination of Yoga, Pilates, exercise, good diet, a little philosophy all in relaxing surroundings interspersed with lovely walks. Our retreats vary in length and nothing is compulsory. You can join in whatever elements you wish.
Everything at Wollaston is low key, friendly and calming and all in beautiful surroundings.
