Wollaston Lodge is situated in the hamlet of Wollaston on the border of Wales. From here you can explore the nearby market town of Shrewsbury, a medieval paradise of shuts and alleys, bars, restaurants and independent shops all situated within the loop of the River Severn.

Head south to walk the hills of Church Stretton carry on a little further south for the gastronomic delights of Ludlow. Due West to Mid Wales, Snowdonia National Park and the soul of God’s country, some of the most spectacular landscape you will ever see in the least populated area of Europe.

Carry on West to the lovely coastal villages of Aberdovey and Abersoc or even explore Number 6s prison at Portmeirion.
